Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your event free of charge, you must do so in writing (via email or text message) 14 days prior to your booked event.

For cancellations made 8 days prior to the event, we will charge 50% of the event’s price.

Cancellations made within 8 days of the event will be charged the full amount.

In exceptional cases, such as illness, we offer the option to reschedule your booking to another date without any additional cost.
