INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS

On the Track and in the Pit Area

  • Spectators are strictly prohibited in the track or pit areas.
  • Access to the track and pit areas is only permitted with staff authorization.
  • Always follow all given driving instructions.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
  • If this is your first time driving or your first time on this track, don’t hesitate to ask our staff for advice on anything, such as the kart, driving technique, or signal systems.

During Your Drive

  • Always wear a properly fitting helmet when driving. Remember to secure the helmet strap.
  • If you forget what a flag signal means, drive to the pit area to ask for further instructions.
  • Do not start driving at top speed. Familiarize yourself with the kart and the track first.
  • If you notice any fault with your kart, drive to the pit area immediately. A faulty kart is a safety risk for both you and other drivers on the track.
  • Do not interfere with other drivers on the track. Cutting others off, bumping, etc., are strictly prohibited.
  • If you spin out on the track, primarily use reverse gear to get back in the right direction. If you cannot continue, raise your hand to signal staff. They will come to assist you.
  • Do not exit your kart on the track without staff permission.
  • If you want to drive slow laps occasionally, move off the racing line and signal with your hand to those behind you from which side you want them to pass you. You can do the same if a driver behind you is significantly faster.
  • The end of your driving session will always be indicated by the checkered flag. After the checkered flag, drive one more lap, then return calmly to the pit area.
  • When entering the pit area, do not exit your kart until staff has given permission.
