Cancellation Policy

  • If you’d like to cancel your event without a charge, please do so in writing (via email or text message) 14 days before your scheduled event.
  • If a cancellation is made 8 days before the event, we’ll charge 50% of the event’s total price.
  • For cancellations made within 8 days of the event, the full amount will be charged.
  • In exceptional cases, such as illness, we offer the option to reschedule your booking to another date at no extra cost.
